telc Deutsch B1 - exam: Description
The telc Deutsch B1 examination is a general language examination. It qualifies the candidate for entry into a profession. The exam consists of a written and an oral part. The written examination consists of the skills reading and language building blocks, listening and writing and lasts 150 minutes without a break. The oral part lasts approximately 15 minutes.You will receive a certificate attesting to B1 language proficiency if you achieve 60% of the points. If you achieve less than 60% of the points, a result sheet is issued and the language skills at B1 are not proven. Only a partial result can be successful - the respective written or oral part can be passed. After the date of issue of the result sheet, the failed part must be repeated within 12 months.
If a failed part of the examination is not repeated within 12 months, the entire examination must be taken again.
