Training 1: Intensive Training German: Communication (19.08.24 - 23.08.24) >>This training includes topics from the "German as a foreign language courses" at C1 and C2 level.
During the 5 days, we will focus on the topic of communication: e.g. Shannon & Weaver's "Sender-Receiver Model", Friedemann Schulz von Thun's "Four Ears Model" and the "Four Steps Concept" for non-violent communication according to Marshall B. Rosenberg, questioning techniques, argumentation and communication tools (verbal - non-verbal - paraverbal).
You will also use intercultural comparisons of the lessons and discussions with colleagues to expand your knowledge of oral and written expression and have the opportunity to refresh and/or improve your language skills. This course is suitable for all German teachers who would like to train their active vocabulary/orality, speak a lot of German during the 5 days and expand their German skills.

Training 2: Teaching method case: Learning guidance topics for teachers of all subjects and trainers (26.08.24 - 30.08.24) >>
In this training course, we address the question of how learning can be supported. Which didactics, which methods and which other influences promote learning? How can I as a knowledge mediator support successful learning, what should the learning environment look like and what role does my target group play in this? How do I teach in a motivating, action-oriented and sustainable way?
- Workshops on current methodological approaches and strategies in teaching and training against the background of various learning theories
- Workshops on topics such as learning motivation, learning profiles, learning goal optimization and learning curiosity. Large practical component as well as time for exchange and supervision

Funding example
In the new EU education programme ERASMUS+ you can apply for grants for this training course - travel costs, accommodation, meals and course fees are funded.
